The certification validates that DSCallards’ Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects solutions in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organisational standards. The certification process reviews a channel partner’s entire support centre, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure.
